At Orwel, operated by Hyper Digital LLC, we respect your right to delete the personal information we hold about you. This page explains how to request it.

How to request deletion

Email privacy@orwel.io with the subject "Data deletion", including the email address tied to your account or to the record you want deleted. We process requests within 30 days.

What we delete

We delete the personal data linked to your account or to the related visitor and contact records, except information we must keep for legal, tax or fraud prevention obligations. In that case we keep it only for the time and purposes the law requires.

Data handled through Meta

If you interacted with an ad measured through Orwel on Meta platforms, your deletion request covers the data we keep in Orwel, including the related conversion events. For data that Meta manages independently, you can exercise your rights directly from your Meta account settings.
