These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Orwel, operated by Hyper Digital LLC. By creating an account or using the platform you accept these terms.

Use of the service

Orwel is a product analytics platform that lets you install a tracking SDK, analyze how your visitors and users behave, identify and score leads, and measure advertising campaigns through integrated providers. You agree to use the service lawfully, to have the legal basis and privacy notices required to collect data from your visitors, and not to use the platform for unlawful, deceptive or discriminatory purposes.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. You must notify us of any unauthorized use.

Your content and data

You keep ownership of the content and data you upload or collect through Orwel (company data, events, contacts and metrics). You grant us a limited license to process, store and display it in order to operate the service, including generating analytics and insights and measuring and attributing the advertising campaigns you connect.

Meta Ads integration

When you connect your Meta ad account, you authorize Orwel to read the performance metrics of your Facebook and Instagram campaigns through the Meta Marketing API (read-only access), in order to measure and attribute your results inside Orwel. Orwel does not create, edit or pause ads on your behalf. Your use of those platforms is also governed by Meta's terms and policies, which you are responsible for following.

Payments and plans

Orwel offers a Pro plan billed monthly or yearly in US dollars, processed by Stripe. The monthly plan includes a 14-day trial that requires a card; the first charge happens when the trial ends unless you cancel before. You can cancel at any time from settings and keep access until the end of the paid period. Current prices, discounts and fair use are shown at orwel.io/pricing and at checkout.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will notify you of relevant changes. You can stop using the service at any time; we may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
